Please help dizzy.pressure in head,loss of hearing?

hi i am 33 female and for the past 2 weeks i have had a problem with my head,i am very dizzy,pressure in head was at the front now has moved to the left side of face and hearing is not clever it feels blocked and congested sometimes i cant even stand up,sleep a lot with 1 day of pins and needles like feeling on left side of face which doc said i have some nerve that is inflamed causing this.also another doc said i have sinusitis but antibiotics didn't help i am going to the opticians 2moro so they can have a look behind eyes i had a ct scan done about 6 months ago so they say prob wont need another...i am getting nervous and wondered if anyone knows what it could be,,sorry so long
