How do I say "Welcome" in these languages?

I�m afraid your question can�t be answered as asked, for a simple reason that most of these languages simply don�t exist! They speak German (rather than Austrian) in Austria. Iraq, Bahrain, and many others on the list are Arabic-speaking countries, while the African countries you�ve listed often have more than one official language (e.g. in Zimbabwe the official language is English and two Bantu languages -- neither of which is called "Zimbabwean" -- are officially recognized regional languages; in Uganda they speak Swahili and English; the list can be continued...)
