Is Harper Collins a good publishing company.?

I am writing a fantasy series of novels and I was wondering if anyone has ever heard about of ever published at Harper Collins. My books are similar to Narnia so I was wondering if that may be a good company for me. Also, where can I find a book submission page because I looked on the site and couldn't find one, only romance.
