Job Satisfaction /Enjoyment or Bigger Pay/Compensation?

Should I continue working here in a spa where I get higher pay and better accommodation but where I don't have job satisfaction bec the manager is after sales(quantity)only instead of fitness integrity and balance work?Or should I return to my former employer where I get limited pay but has professional ethics and balance work?
