Will I get into Penn State?

I am a Pittsburgh,Pa, highschool student (junior) and I want to major in journalism. I am taking 1 AP cl (English) this year and my GPA for this year is a 3.45 unweighted this year so far. But I have about a 3.1 total Highschool GPA including this year (did not do to well freshman and sophmore year) but am expecting to raise it to at least a 3.2 - 3.5 by the end of highschool. I am also in all honors cles besides that. I work at our local news station WTAE as a sideline reporter so i already have experience in what I want to do and have several extra curriculars. On the PSAT I got a 1610, Will I get in?
