What does tbag mean? ive googled it but...?

all i can find is that thing about ual stuff, etc. but i hear it a lot from this coworker and i don't really think that's what she means bec she will say "i'm gonna tbag your purse" "stop tbagging my stuff" etc. so it kinda seem to me that its not that, like it means tripping or something... please enlighten me. thanks
