If America elects a leftists will Hugo Chavez call them the devil too?

Lets be serious; lets say Hillary or Obama become president, will Hugo Chavez still hate America? Or is it just conservatives he hates? I mean Hillary or Obama are not about to tear down the capitalism of America that much.
